Plus, with larger granules than granulated sugar, sanding sugar reflects light so your treats will come out looking sparkly and vibrant! This heat stable sugar can be used before or after baking. If using after baking, we suggest icings, glazes, or melted chocolate as a base for the sanding sugar.
